Comment in English
There is forecast about Russian spacecraft "Phobos–grunt" that failed its mission. Here is the map by BBC [1]. As it was launched from Russia, the most probably it will fall at the upper part of the map. Id eat, perhaps, to the Europe. Hope, there are no Polonium generators there? (I do not think that the UK would appreciate the second polonium "gift"). It seems to me, if one cannot catch the spacecraft (to fix it and to launch again), the time is to hit it and to cut it to the pieces so small that they cannot reach the ground. I do not inderstand what NATO think about this, where are all their MegaWatt lasers they report at each conference?
