Summary

Satellite Google view at L57.9540z33.2789 (top-right) and L57.9535z33.2773 (red mark), elements of the ValdaiCluster, system of Air defence of the Valdai Putin Residence.

The dark-green object at the ramp (L57.9540z33.2789) near the upper-right corer of the picture is identified as the air defense complex Pantsyr S1 (панцирь-С1).

During the putin world war (especially since year 2022, see «спецоперация»), these objects are legitimate military targets for the demilitarization and denazification at the transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory.

It will be interesting to compare the image to more recent pics of the same place.
Such a comparison should be useful for qualification of sources of information (id est, for revealing of propaganda).

Warning: the quality of the picture does not correspond to its quality. The reduction is recommended.

Three types of vehicles make up one system: a missile launcher, a radar truck and a command post. Starting with the Pantsir-S1 (Russian: Панцирь-С1, NATO reporting name SA-22 Greyhound) as the first version, it is produced by KBP Instrument Design Bureau of Tula, Russia, and is the successor to the Tunguska M1.
