Assuming that a ton of explosive is stored at a single hangar, this gives a kiloton/hangar.

The territory of arsenal looks as slightly barreled block of size approx 2km x 4km

that gives area of order of 8 km^2

The total number of various hangars seen from satellites is estimated to be of order of 100.

Hence, the total amount of explosive stored at the arsenal may reach 100,

that gives the estimate of order of 100 kiloton.

The similar or even greater amount of explosive can be stored in the underground bunkers that are not seen at the satellite view.

In such a way, the total capacity or the arsenal is somewhere between 200 kiloton and one megaton.

At the exploding, it can ruin the nearby village Gongota and affect town Sokhondo that is 10 km NEE and town Morzon that is 20 km SWW.

While unfolding the Putin world war, the citizens of the village and towns mentioned may consider to evacuate to other places far away from any Russian military objects.

During the World War II, the American and British pilots had alerted the German burgers, that they should leave from cities and towns, see I bombed Dresden.
That time, the German people did not follow the advice: the Fuhrer's propaganda had convinced them, that the German nazi may bomb other countries, but other countries cannot reply in a similar way.
In analogy, one may expect the Russian citizen and resident to believe the putin's propaganda until the moment, then their homes are destroyed by the payback from victims of the putin's aggression - in a similar way, as it happened with German cities in 1942-1945.

It seems, the Editor can do nothing to change it. However, if one thinks that there exist more intelligent way to stop the aggressor, it is time to do it now, - before the Anti-Putin coalition does the same in the direct and brutal manner.

For some reason, the Google map identifies the hangar labeled with the red mark as «Chitinskiy rayon» («Читинский район»).
Many other places are also marked in the same way at the Google Maps.

However, the coordinates of the hangar (estimated with 4 digits after the decimal point) seem to be unique and reproduced by site Satellites ^[2].

During the Putin world war, st the Demilitarization of Russia, some bavovnas are expected to be reported at the arsenal as results of the transfer of hostilities to aggressor territory.

The personal of arsenal Vh71179 and habitants of the nearby village are supposed to say first «Мочи всех хохлов, оставим их без инфраструктуры, пусть сидят без тепла и света!» and then, at the beginning of the bavovna, «А нас то за что?»

It will be interesting to compare the hypotheisis above with the publications.
