Hooligan girl Romoletta draws the cat at the wall.
The police appears; so, Romoletta runs away before she finishes the picture, so, the cat happens with 3 legs.
The strong sound of wonderful voice of Gelsomino separates the cat from the wall.
The cat gets name Zoppino; it has only 3 legs.
Zoppino becomes friend of Gelsomino and then meets (again) Romoletta.
