Interpretation

2009.03.06, Geneva, Appeasing aggression:

Hillary Rodham Clinton congratulates Lavrov Sergei Viktorovich (Лавров Сергей Викторович) with success of the Russian invasion into Georgia (since 2008.08.08).

Hillary expresses her hopes that Russia continues its aggressive policy and in future the Russian troops will occupy more and more territories of foreign countries (see «Putin world war», «Russki mir», «Весь мир будет наш», «Всех убьём, всех ограбим», «От Аляски до Одесы»).

Hillary promises to reset relations between the RF and the USA after each occupation and/or annexation of territories of other countries by Russian troops.

Hillary gives Lavrov the symbolic "Red Button" as symbol of future aggression.

It is assumed that after each new Russian aggression against any third country, all the international «worries» and «concerns» can be reset with just pressing the Red Button (or menacing to press the Red Button, in order to keep the good relations between the USA and the terrorist state during the following territorial expansion of Russia.

Lavrov promises to continue the aggressive politics, to justify the budget of the American Military industry and to destroy RF to the date predicted by Voinovich Vladimir Nikolaevich (Moscow2042)

Hillary promises to provide refuge to the top of Russian mafia as soon as then destroy RF.
