Attempts to estimate the places of explosions
The Engels2025.03.20.bavovna seems to be result of attack of several unmanned devices, not an explosion of a single device of high energy. At least tho different points of fires and explosions are indicated.
One of them may refer to the arsenal at the East side of the Engels Airbase;
another one may refer to the fuel storage at the Rest side.
These two locations are marked in the map at right.
The fuel storage is marked with the red label.
The arsenal is marked with small white dot.
At the top, the reference point «Детский лагерь «Чайка»» is marked.

Several pictures with geolocations [4][5] are observed that suggest that the big flame and smoke registered with videocameras arises at the the place close to point

Some of them are shown in figures at right. The red subtle correspond to these coordinates.
The yellow arrow at the next figure points to the same arsenal.
Natalia Belzetskaya (Наталья Бельзецкая) indicates [3] that before the explosion, the missile at the Engels Airbase were stored in the open air, although at the map, many arsenal in vicinity are observed.
This observation confirms that the goals of the Russian dvizhuha («движуха») against Ukraine include the demilitarization of Russian army, and the spending of ammunition is provided in the Putin plan of dvizhuha (Путинский план спецоперации).
It is suggested [6] that the two employee of the Engels Airbase were hit by the missiles launched in all directions at the secondary detonation:

The screenshot from the movie [7] is shown in figure below:
rtvi [9] claim that the pilots of Ту-95МС are not denazified at the Engels2025.03.20.bavovna. That claim is not supported with references to the sourced of information and therefore is qualified as propaganda, fake. Such a publication may indicate that the pilots mentioned are fired retroactively. In this case, it is difficult to verify or to refute the hypothesis that they had been killed at the attack. No official necrology about them is found in the free access.
The best resolution (among found by Editor) pictures of the ammunition storage before (left) and after (right) the Engels2025.03.20.bavovna are observed at euromaidanpress.com [10]:
The right hand side picture shows that some ammunition storages are still identifiable. This may indicate that the high-energy weapon (analogy of the L-bomb described in utopia about Meganesia by Розов Александр Александрович) is not yet used by the Anti-Putin coalition.
On the base of such pictures, several estimate are observed for the percentage of ammunition demilitarized at the Engels2025.03.20.bavovna. At the moment of Loading, Editor cannot reproduce the calculus; so, the most of the estimates are not cited here.
The reduction of the Russian attacks on Ukraine after 2025.03.20 would be interpreted as verification of hypothesis that the damage is heavy.
The reports about the evacuation of residents from the nearby regions indicate that yet not all ammunition at the Engels Airbase is demilitarized and the babovna may be repeated soon.
51.4817,46.1946 fuel storage
It appears that at least two targets were hit at Engels Air Base.
One of them is identities as arsenal; it is mentioned above.
Another one seems to refer to the fuel storage.
Aleksandra Sadovaya (Александра Садовая) estimates the amount of the fuel that could be stored at the Engels Airbase to be of order of 100 thousand tons [12].
Telegramer Tsaplienko suhhsets the map [11] shown in figure at right.
The two white lines show the angle in which the flame had been observed.
51.4817,46.1946 fuel storage is near the upper (northern) of these two lines.
The first clip of movie [13] seems to refer to the explosion at this fuel storage.
It will be interesting to compare the images loaded with the similar pictures captured after the update of the Google maps.
Propaganda
Russian propaganda claim [14] that neither the Arsenal at the Engels Airbase nor the fuel storage were attacked at Engels, but the following objets: Hospital, private home, two kindergardens and school.
Izvestia claim that at the attack 2025.02.20, 30 homes have been damaged [15][16]. The reports by Izvestia make an impression, the that the buildings, kindergartens, schools and hospitals had been targeted and the secondary detonation of explosives at the residential buildings, kindergartens and hospitals caused fire at the Airbase.
As usually the statements of propaganda look as an absurd and contradict each other.
However, being transformed with the Rule of Newspeak, the propagandistic statements become reasonable and agree to each other.
Donald Trump
The Engels2025.03.20.bavovna seems to be provoked by Donald Trump. 2025.02.28. in conversation of Zelensky Volodymyr Aleksandrovich with Trump and Vance,
Donald Trump mentions, that Ukraine and Zelensky «have no cards» as a reason for the unsufficient support from side of the American administration, reason for the dozen year long sabotage of the USA offee in implementation of the USA guarantees specified in Budapest memorandum and the apparent collaboration of Donald Trump with the war crime(s), appeasing aggression. At that conversation, Trump and Vance behave as barbarians with the hottenhot moral and criminal motivation.
Using of the euphemisms instead of correct terms confirms the bad will of Donald Trump and his attempt to boil-up the Putin world war to the scale of the World War II (or even worse), see «Trump as KGB agent» and «Donroe Doctrine».
On order to stop the escalation of the Putin world war, to show that Trump as usually uses the newspeak in his statements, to show that Ukraine «has some cards», the strong bavovnas at the Russian strategic and military objects are necessary. In Trump's philosophy of the «realpolitik» and his terminology, these bavovnas appear as «strong cards». (If Ukraine use a weapon of very high energy, this would be even a stronger «card» sufficing to cause more help and respect from side of Trump and Vance and their administration).
In this interpretation, the position of Donald Trump makes the heavy bavovnas at Moscovia necessary and unavoidable. (The alternative could be only a surrender of Ukraine.)
The Engels2025.03.20.bavovna appears as one of the «cards» mentioned by Trump.

Due to the terroristi attack, the strategic bombers cannot perform their duty on demilitarization and denazification of energetic system of Ukraine.
Expecting the repetition of the attack, the nearby regions of city Engels are evacuated.
