2014.03.26 Marco Rubio talks about Ukraine and indicates that the USA should serve their duties on the Budapest memorandum in order to prevent the future unfolding of the Putin world war and to keep the USA as leader in the world-wide struggle for prosperity, democracy and prudence.

No arguing against position of Marco Rubio is found.

His speech seems to be ignored.

Since year 2014, during more than 10 years, the USA still did not implement their duties with respect to the Budapest memorandum; the war continues, and the aggressor tries to seise new and new lands.

To year 2025, the USA did not provide the territorial integrity of the non-nuclear country attacked by the nuclear armed aggressor, but allowed the aggressor to plunder more territory and to perform the war crimes at the occupied regions. The USA still continue the trade relations and diplomatic relations with the aggressor and the war crime.

The observations above indicates the degradation of the American mentality and the American political system.

The true is not requested by the society. Since that, the Realpolitik, hottenot moral dominate in the USA.

This indicates the approaching collapse of the USA democracy and possible collapse of the USA.

The help to Ukraine from side of the USA is moderated and irregular; it is not sufficient to recover the territorial integrity of Ukraine in borders established by the international agreements. Thus can be interpreted as sabotage from side of some American offees as if they would be employed not by American people but by the putin's administration.

Since year 2025, Donald Trump performs the TrumpForever, the Donroe Doctrine and the TrumptyDumpty; in particular, the trade wars in order to destabilize the USA economics, to pump and dump prices at the stocks market, to provide his accomplices with the confidential information for the insider trading, to ruin the relations of the USA with other countries. The simplest hypothesis to explain such a behavior is interpretation of Trump as KGB agent and/or as agent of China.

The phenomena mentioned above indicate the rise of the USA [[corruption[[ and point to the possible channels of decay of the USA. The usurpation of power (TrumpForever) and elimination of Separation of powers may be dominant mechanisms of history in the case id the USA.
